Progress Tracker Goes Live This Week

Over the past few days, we’ve received a strong wave of support from residents, volunteers, and community leaders. Thank you. Your time, your messages, and your honest feedback are shaping what we do next, and we want to keep that process transparent.

What we’re doing right now

We’re organizing every piece of feedback into a simple three-part system so nothing gets lost and priorities stay clear:

1) Action Now
Issues that can be addressed quickly with coordination and follow-through.

2) Plan & Execute
Issues that need a short timeline, clear steps, and the right team assigned.

3) Long-Term Work
Bigger structural problems that require phased progress and consistent reporting.

What’s launching this week

We’re publishing a public progress tracker this week. It will be simple and practical, with three visible statuses:

  • In Progress
  • Completed
  • Delayed (with reasons and next steps)

This is not about looking perfect. It’s about being honest, organized, and accountable.

How you can help in 30 seconds

Comment with:

  • Your area (neighborhood/ward/zone)
  • One issue you want prioritized first (just one)

The more specific you are, the easier it is to turn feedback into action.

Final note

We will keep updates consistent. You should never have to guess what’s happening. If something is delayed, we’ll say why. If something is completed, we’ll show it. And if something needs more time, we’ll be clear about the timeline.

Thank you again for being part of this.
