Over the last week, we collected feedback from residents and volunteers. The same issues keep coming up. Here are the top five, plus how we plan to address them.

We’re creating simple reporting channels, a public tracker, and a monthly open meeting so problems don’t get ignored. Solutions must be visible, not hidden.
